Si avvicina il momento del tanto atteso rimborso dei fondi per i clienti di Full Tilt Poker: entro il 6 novembre i nuovi manager della room dovranno completare le operazioni di cash out, in base agli accordi intercorsi con il Dipartimento di Giustizia statunitense. A dire il vero il 6 novembre è il termine ultimo ma si confida di poter anticipare il rimborso di qualche settimana. In Italia devono ancora essere definite le modalità nel dettaglio con AAMS ma c’è ottimismo.
Ai players di Full Tilt Poker, sia italiani che stranieri, che dispongono di un bankroll ancora bloccato sulla room, il supporto clienti ha inviato per mail una richiesta di invio documenti.
Non tutti i giocatori italiani hanno ricevuto tale richiesta perché avevano già provveduto in precedenza a completare la procedura di identificazione dell’account. Ecco la comunicazione inviata dal servizio clienti di Full Tilt:
Dear XXXXXXXXX,
As you are aware, Full Tilt Poker is preparing to re-launch by November 6th, 2012.
Action Required: You will need to verify your identity to access your account.*
In the interest of account security and in accordance with the anticipated Isle of Man regulatory requirements,you are required to verify your identity.
Providing valid documentation now will ensure that your account is fully verified and active upon re-launch. Once relaunch and system testing has completed, you will have unrestricted access to your Full Tilt Poker account, including all cashier functionality and poker games.
Please reply to this email, attaching the following documents:
Document 1: Photo ID
Valid driver’s license OR passport OR other government-issued ID which clearly shows your birth date and the ID’s issue or expiry date. In order to verify your photo ID, we must be able to clearly see the following:
The front and back of the document
Your complete name
Your date of birth
The expiry date of the documentation
Country of issue
A clear photo
Document 2: Address verification
To verify your address on file, we require that you submit one of the following: Bank or credit card statement, Utility bill, Mobile or home phone bill, Home or vehicle insurance papers, Lease, Title deed,Insurance bill, Pay slip.
Your address verification documentation must meet the following requirements:
It must be clearly dated (within the last 90 days).
It must display your full name and home address.
It must clearly display the issuing company’s letterhead, stamp or official logo.
We cannot accept personal letters or online statements.
Note: Your attachments may be scanned copies or high quality digital photographs of your original documents.

Per rientrare in possesso dei propri fondi, i giocatori devono quindi inviare copia della carta d’identità o del passaporto (fronte e retro) che deve indicare in maniera chiara nome e cognome, data di nascita, data di scadenza del documento e il paese di emissione, con una foto nitida.
Sono state precisate nella mail regole precise per avere certezza dell’ indirizzo della residenza dei players. Solo in questo modo potrà essere autenticato il conto. Nella precedente gestione, Full Tilt Poker era sotto la giurisdizione dell’Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC), e vi erano regole meno stringenti nella gestione degli account.
Il nuovo ente regolatore dell’Isola di Man, che sta riconoscendo le licenze a Full Tilt, invece impone (legittimamente) norme più rigorose, per garantire una migliore sicurezza dei conti gioco. Solo superata tale “fase burocratica”, sarà possibile identificare gli account e provvedere al rimborso dei players.
