Con tre in the money a Barcellona, durante il festival del poker targato EPT-Estrellas, Mustapha 'Mustacchione' Kanit ha rafforzato la sua leadership nel "Player of The Year 2014". In particolar modo, a pesare sulla classifica di CardPlayer, sono due final table: nel 50.000 € High Roller e nel 5.200 € Six Max Turbo. Nei grandi appuntamenti il coach di PokerMagia non tradisce ed ora prende il largo, con più di 800 punti sul secondo (Jake Schindler).
Il bilancio è entusiasmante: le sue vincite lorde nel 2014, superano i 1,2 milioni di dollari. Nella top 10 entrano anche Jason Mercier e Dan Smith (in testa al ranking generale GPI). Il player di PokerStars ha fatto pesare il suo secondo posto nell'EPT 10.300 € High Roller (con 1.250 punti) mentre Dan ha trionfato nell'evento 2.200 € NLHE per 1.080 points.
Continuiamo a goderci un italiano in testa ad una delle classifiche più importanti e storiche del poker mondiale. Mustapha è inoltre quinto anche nel POY di Bluff Magazine e del Global Poker Index.
